Bukit Kiara longhouse residents will finally receive permanent homes after 44 years, with completion expected within three years, FT Minister Hannah Yeoh told BFM News.

📌 Key terms include:

• 200 apartment units to be built for 98 families, with each household allocated 2 units (3-bedroom units).

• RM1 million allocated to subsidise maintenance via DBKL for three years after completion.

• Development capped at 5.76 acres, with remaining land returned to the government and gazetted as a public open space.

• Existing temple sites retained and formally zoned as non-Muslim places of worship, with a RM100,000 grant announced for the sites.
