@FortniteStatus account hacked and epic customer service has been the worst I've ever had. Even if I cant get my account back the fact this person still has it instead of it being suspended is the craziest thing.

@EpicNewsroom Hey news room. Can you explain this? Why does your customer service lack this bad? Essentially told "hey.. it looks suspicious but... they can keep your account" this is the most ridiculous response I've had from any company.

@1uglyhawaiian @FortniteGame @EpicGames Epic customer service is horrid. Got hacked over the last 48 hours and every other provider (minus fb) was able to get my accounts back.. was told they couldn't do anything and have essentially left my account in the hackers hands with nothing to do.

@EpicGames anyone from epic want to explain why my account info was changed( including my email assigned to the account) and epics response was "we noticed suspicious activity on the account so we cant do anything to verify the account for you" this is the dumbest thing ever.
