I’ve been very quiet this past few weeks.

We’ve been dealing with some cancer treatments for a family member, so I had to fly back home to be with some family for a bit.

Licensees typically do not hold the right to sue, that falls to the owner of the IP. The only thing owning an ape does is allow you to use it how you see fit without Yuga’s permission directly, however any court cases would only be pursuance by Yuga.
