Seriously, what is up with Amazon firestick? Says it needs to update and doesn't. All I get is an update error and maybe 5 minutes of usage. Is this just happening to me? #amazon

@AmazonHelp Yeah. Troubleshooting steps were done long ago, which is why I'm asking on this platform. Steps posted on Amazon did not work. So is it an issue everyone is having or does my firestick need a reset? I am here to find out.
