It’s Kicker rebate time, as Oregon prepares to return excess state revenue to tax payers … instead of using these taxes to improve the lives of every Oregonian. The wealthiest among us (those making over $566k) can expect an average Kicker of $42,000!

We have a new 😍sexy tax 😍to highlight for y’all fellow tax enthusiasts! Meet Washington State’s SB 5486 and HB 1473. These bills create a new property tax on extreme intangible wealth (intangible wealth = stocks, bonds, that sort of thing).

We’re so excited to see these proposals: no matter the state, we need to tax the rich to support working families. Washington's effort is an exciting step forward towards a fair and equitable tax system!

Pisces are known for their empathy and compassion towards others [1], and so we at TTR felt they needed to be represented by a tax that gave some help to those who need it: the Earned Income Tax Credit (or EITC).

The EITC can range from $1,502 to $6,738, depending on income, number of children, and more [3]. There are so many tax breaks for the rich, it’s good for the soul to see that there’s something out there to help folks just working to get by!
