@AndrewKnollNHL@LordsOfTheRinks As soon as the laundry list of injuries came out, I KNEW coaching and management would blame these losses mostly on that. No no, we’re not a bad team, the league is just tough… we’re right there. Just lying straight to all of our faces still
@vegaTron1983@LAkings23811 I get the feeling that Greentree, Cihar or Brzustewicz would have to be included for someone like Panarin. Clarke though, I’d have to agree. The era of Clarke needs to be in full swing now, Doughty needs to take the role of the mentor
@LAkings23811@vegaTron1983 Yeah I’d say go for it. Max term, get a deal worked out, and get the details hammered out so that you sign it July 1 and you then have your number to toy with in free agency for the rest of the roster
@LAkings23811@vegaTron1983 In your opinion, would you look to try and sign a max term deal with Clarke or more like bridge term? It’s a tough read if the team will want to go long term or keep it bridge
@LAkings23811@vegaTron1983 I’d add on that a Panarin contract kills our cap space. Brand Clarke is still an RFA as of July 1st. Look to Jackson Lacombe as a comp for Clarke at this point. Where is that money coming from?
@ByfieldForHart I think one of the biggest things that isn’t being talked about is if Panarin is given a $10+ million deal by the Kings in a sign and trade… what happens with Clarke as an RFA this summer? Look at what Jackson Lacombe just got
@TheBannermenPod@WriteTh3Future I’d concur. Giving out another $10+ million deal is not the move. Especially because look at who our #1 RFA is… Brandt Clarke
@Kopitar4HOF A lot of potential back between 2017-2020 but here we are with very little left. It’s sad because perhaps they could have been impactful had the roster been managed differently, but that may be fans being hopeful too. Still very sad to see that old optimism basically gone now
@DailyLak Clarke has been consistently productive, which makes it all the more frustrating how little time he’s getting. He can’t make up for the top 6 being ghosts, but at least there’s his productivity
@NHLRussell ESPN is CONSISTENTLY late starting games, especially for West Coast night games. Fan Duel Sports has a more lame name but they’re so much better quality
@DooleyLAK Absolutely one of the best atmospheres I’ve seen in a bit, pleasure to be at that game today! Great work by Q and his line, now to hopefully see some of that consistently
@LockedOnLAKings One of the best and most energetic games I’ve been to in a bit! Very pleased to see that effort and skill show through, especially from Q and his whole line
@DailyLak If we were to trade Spence, it would be another example a King’s pick that some other team gets to enjoy the success of. Even at 5’ 10” he has been the most noticeable guy on the blue line this series. Trade Spence = failure in the making
