Our goal is simple: connect employees globally with reliable Nigerian talent, unlock opportunities for women, and contribute to Nigeria's economic growth.
The TTS Nigeria Program has signed an MoU with HYT as part of our ongoing efforts to connect trained young Nigerian women to dignified employment opportunities.
Through this partnership, we look forward to supporting HYT with prepared talent while creating more opportunities for our participants to put their skills to work.
We appreciate the HYT team for their partnership and look forward to what we can achieve together.

Every girl’s dreams, voice and choices matter.
Every girl deserves to learn, grow, feel safe and have the freedom to decide what her future looks like.
As we mark the International Day of the Girl Child, we stand for a world that protects girls’ rights, ends child marriage and invests in their futures.
Let girls be girls. Let them learn, let them lead and let them choose.

Building a BPO ecosystem takes more than talent.
It takes the right environment for that talent to thrive.
During our recent engagement in Borno State, the TTS Nigeria team met with stakeholders, explored facilities identified for potential
BPO operations and held conversations around what it would take to strengthen the state’s readiness for the sector.
We looked beyond the training room to understand the wider ecosystem needed to support BPO operations, develop industry-ready talent and create pathways into dignified employment.
The State-Level Policy Roundtable brought government, private sector and other stakeholders together to discuss the policies, infrastructure, skills and systems that can help make this possible.
For Borno, the opportunity is significant. With the right foundations in place, the state can strengthen its capacity to prepare young people, including young women, for work and connect them to opportunities in the growing global services economy.
These pictures capture some of the people, places and conversations that shaped the engagement.

We dug into the strategy behind stronger sales conversations during our strategic sales training session with @napa_onwusah , Managing Partner at B4B Partners.
From understanding what really drives a buying decision to asking better questions, creating value and knowing how to move a conversation forward, Napa shared practical insights that go beyond the usual sales playbook.

We have seen your strength in the faces of everyday people.
In the hands that build.
In the minds that create.
In the hearts that keep believing, even when the journey feels difficult.
Today, we celebrate not just how far we have come, but the possibilities that still lie ahead.

“I’ve never worked in tech.”
For many young women, that sentence can feel like the end of the conversation before it has even started. But there are roles within the technology-enabled economy that require practical skills, communication, problem-solving, customer-facing ability, sales ability and a willingness to learn.
That is why TTS Nigeria program is creating pathways for young women to build the skills they need to pursue opportunities across areas including customer service, client support, sales, marketing, business development, field coordination and FTTx engineering.
So if you have been interested in tech-enabled work but assumed you needed a tech background first, take another look.
You may be closer to your next opportunity than you think.
The program is open to young women aged 18–35 in Lagos, Abuja, Enugu and Edo, with free training and employment opportunities available.
Check the requirements. See where you fit. Apply for free.
