@LeadingReport I’m in complete agreement that many with mortgages from 2020 are locked because of the high rates in today’s loan cycle. Just wondering what it means for others!

@LeadingReport What does this mean for individuals who were essentially given a 6+% rates to purchase a home over the last year or two? Are they locked in with that rate for the long haul? I understand timing is a reward for purchase power, but this seems like it might be punishment for others.
