It literally took them almost THREE SEASONS to give Adam special VFX to his legendary skin after community backlash

It's literally because they aren't picked enough. Storm during the early seasons got a high pick rate which in turn gave her new skins and emotes,if you actually pay attention

I like how everything except the Devil Dinosaur and Elsa patches address the issues each hero has. Removing Devil's Knockdown from his beam removes the risk in taking down flyers or help peel for your backline when they're getting dived

Remove Knockdown that helps peel for teammates and deal with flyers- ✅
