@petermlotzemd1 That depends on which definition of IC/PBS you adhere to. We've been subjected to a huge range of definitions. While one specialist will be happy to dx based on a brief description of frequency symptoms, another will insist sufferers must show lesions & ulcers before IC diagnosis
