We need leaders who understand that the state’s resources are for the people (it’s commonwealth) meant for policies that directly benefit the people, not a select few or to fund election campaigns.
Running through music Friday and stands out that our music continues to reflect our current harsh societal conditions, we’ll begin to see an uptick in depth and introspection.
Showing up as wanton self-reflection or the rise of prayer, there’s a natural progression towards manifold forms of coping, upping hustle, and protection of self.
This week’s standout entrant is G4ZI’s “Energy,’ featuring Kizz Daniel, where hustle and prayer sit side-by-side. Aided by plucky strings, and lyrical mastery, everything here pierces deep.
Also, shouts to Kizz Daniel for being on this record. Apart from elevating it, it’s just to see these sort of collaborations happen. 🔥🔥🔥
