@SookiePark 5 minute rule! If something we’ll take 5 minutes, instead of procrastinating, do it. That’ll free the mental load of tons of things to do. Ofc expand this time scale however you wish but don’t make it too large.

Mostly applies to chores, walking the dogs, etc
