@DJK1NG_Gaming I'm like, why mention Nintendo Switch with this one? Shouldn't it be more fitting to mention Switch 2? Unless it was lost in translation. Either way, FFXV was kinda messy in its optimization so who knows how it'll survive the transition?

@UltimeDarkPit @Quality_Pass @OBE1plays Rebirth has the occasional stiff moment, but otherwise it runs surprisingly well on Switch 2. Not perfect, but very solid overall.

That James van der Beek and Daveigh Chase are no longer with us is a devastating blow to the Ghibli community... even if it took many years after the fact for them to get the recognition they deserved.

I may not be the hugest fan of Daveigh Chase's performance in Spirited Away, but it's still very tragic that she passed and at such a young age. I actually thought she did a commendable job, even if she was a bit shrill at times. Nonetheless, it's heartbreaking that she's gone.

It's a really shocking one-two punch for Ghibli dub fans. First we lost Pazu, now Chihiro. Both were contentious casting and acting debates in the community, but the quality of their performances outshined the naysayers by far—and proved them wrong, too.

@PlayerEssence @AskrSMNBrandon I agree. I liked the English VAs in this one, too. Peppy took some getting used to, but I'm over it. Falco sounds appropriately cocky, Slippy's nerdy voice is an improvement over the girl like voice, and Fox sounds natural. I do miss some of the camp, but this is good VAs.

@PlayerEssence Agreed. The demo is fantastic. I had nothing but good vibes for this one. I have to admit I wasn't expecting Peppy's voice to sound so raspy, but on the other hand, it works well for his character design. The other voices sound great so far.

@PhysicReleases Other than the fact that they rely on GKC, I'd say that their output is excellent. They have consistently supported Switch 2 from day one. And for that, I feel it more than makes up for the GKC stuff. Quality matters in the end. And their ports ARE quality.

@nhamaguc Thank you for bringing the FF7 Trilogy to Switch 2. It warms my heart to know that gamers are responding enthusiastically to it, from the sales gain from Rebirth to Remake in Japan's sales (Remake cleared 24k, Rebirth cleared 30k), to hitting the charts. Awesome job!

@PlayerEssence Wow, they're beautiful. Then again, I should expect nothing less. This IS Monolith Soft. They know how to make beautiful games.
