Again: Te Tiriti o Waitangi (ToW) does NOT give any rights to Maori. We already had rights as Indigenous peoples, & ToW reaffirmed and protected them.
Only pakeha got new rights from ToW.
Our rights as Maori come from Papatuanuku, not the Treaty.
