@Northpowergrid DM sent however this is an ongoing issue with a fuse at the substation, we had repeated outages in December and again this month

Currently on our 6th power outage of the day @Northpowergrid looks cosy but In reality we will have to close soon as it’s an unsafe environment to trade in 😡

Rolling into 2024 with the same issues, power cuts 2 days running now @Northpowergrid very difficult to run a business in the dark and your advice of us buying a back up generator rather than you fixing the issue does grate a little
