@Timcast For people who need food assistance, I believe it would be reasonable for the gov't to simply deliver 50lbs of rice and beans and/or "free" rides to food pantries and soup kitchens. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit. SNAP is broken.

Total the bill, move decimal point to get 10%, double it, and you have a 20% tip calculated.

Growing up, eating out as a family once or twice per week was the norm. Now that would cost nearly $1600/month
