Very pathetic experience with @nykaafashion I ordered on 24Feb, wasn’t delivered till today and had to call customer care thrice and eventually had to cancel the order. No notification sent. No movement. Just pure ghosting. The worst experience amongst the e-commerce brands.

@rapidobikeapp Why don’t you have an option to speak to the customer care? Not everything can be solved by FAQs. I was charged cancellation fee when the rider who had not arrived at the location started the timer and when I called him he cut the call and also cancelled the ride.
