Designed to be a LEED Platinum-certified, Net Zero Energy facility, the upcoming building will feature sustainable architecture, preserving natural elements like silver oak trees, a waterbody, and the site’s contours. Innovative materials such as bamboo, hempcrete, engineered wood, mycelium-based components, and recycled elements will be used.

The building will house:

✅ Faculty & scholar offices
✅ Seminar & conference spaces
✅ Eco-zones, bike & EV facilities
✅ Green insulation & HVAC systems

🔬Prof. Sachchida Nand Tripathi, Dean, KSS, emphasized the School’s vision of uniting experts, students, and stakeholders to advance sustainability science and innovation.
🤝Mr. Rajeev Ratan, Sr. EVP, Kotak Mahindra Bank, reiterated Kotak’s long-term commitment to sustainability and innovation-driven development.
