Newspaper photographer/writer since leaving Nam in '72. Still at it at 70. Wed to Vonette 42 glorious yrs. Blessed with great daughter, son-in-law, 2 grandkids.
@TiffanyDCross Really? The right to remain silent is absolute law and has been since the 1960s. The prosecutor crossed a bright line in the law. After covering court 45 years, and he's the worst I've ever seen. Time for MSNBC replace Cross with someone who knows a little basic law.
@TheCUGent76 I'm 71 years old and somewhat arthritic. Put in the context of a football game, what they're doing is fine. We live in an age when people take offense too easily. As long as it's not a gang sign, I think it's great. Go Tigers.
@cbfowler Works for me. But poor Brian couldn't come up with his own line so he had to rely on John McKay. Yeah, it's '21, when song lyrics that advocate actual murder are OK, but a coach gets taken to task for repeating - sort of - a great old one liner. Take my Twitter account. Please.
@AOC So why donโt you do something about the cost of college education instead of saddling taxpayers with the cost? Itโs a typical Dem. response. Absolutely moronic. But you want to keep the money going to colleges because they train up good little socialists.
Some brave lady just prevented an accident by picking up a Biden-Harris sign from a road on St Simons. It had been there for days and people kept swerving into the wrong lane to run over it. I wouldโve done it but I was afraid I would get flattened.
@JoshuaWSharpe It goes back to an old Georgia tradition. Sometimes people who allegedly voted absentee never saw an absentee ballot. They didnโt vote. They were voted.
Supporters of Kasim Reed and Keisha Lance Bottoms are counting absentee ballots in the seat of corruption in Georgia. Iโm sure no one will doubt the outcome.
The Democrats on the Senate Judiciary committee chose to stay home rather than vote on soon to be Justice Barrett. They couldnโt take their ball and go home because Republicans tend to be ball hogs as Democrats would be given the chance.
The consensus was that Nick Sabanโs return to the sidelines was the biggest news in college football on Saturday. Then Trevor Lawrence stole the headlines. He threw an interception.
