Refunding client shouldn't be difficult . Payment made for courier service, application was cancelled GWF081659596 therefore courier service not used. application cancelled with days.l have received refund from UKVI.

I have replied to your DM. A refund request for the courier service was submitted online 22/3/25via the application, application reference GWF081659596. l haven't received the refund.

The compliant form @vfsglobalcare sent to do not allowed drop down to choose the travelling to country. I did free text the country in the message section but l did not receive acknowledgement despite inputting my email as requested.

@vfsglobalcare I do not have ticket id.The courier request and the application was cancelled on VFS global due to error on the application 7days from initial submission when my dad has not attend biometric appt.l have received the refund from UKVI but still waiting for the courier.
They asked my 80 years old dad to travel from Owo to Akure to collect his documents.He was told someone can also collect on his behalf π€ after paying over forty four thousand naira.

Kindly look into the service @GiGLogistics is providing to the customers .it is not safe.
If anything happen to my dad @GiGLogistics would be held responsible.

Not sure if you are aware that @GiGLogistics has asked my 80 years old dad to come to Akure to collect his passport from Owo when and he was told he can asked someone to collect on his behalf if he cannot come.

I did paid for home delivery and his home address and telephone number was confirmed while at UKVI office at ikeja.@GiGLogistics asking him to ask someone to collect on his behalf is not a good practice and does not reflect good service.@UKinNigeria@UKVIgovuk@VFSGlobal
