Sunny is right… Everybody who watches this Post and weighs in on this case needs to read the statement from the DA and needs to read the words of the accuser *herself* … her account in 2024, immediately after the incident.…and her account in 2026 -which is only outlined in a lawsuit - but not in a report to the police.
According to the accuser, herself, in 2024, this was not a gang rape that she described, but consensual group sex. And she described it in excruciating detail.
In 2024, she described every moment of the evening with clarity. But in 2026 she says she was so drunk she was incapacitated.
It should be noted that she described two of the BOYS as so drunk one was vomiting and one was passed out. Again, two of the BOYS were in that state, according to her own words. She even described herself as being in a position to care for both boys throughout the evening..
Read the New York statute and read the statement from the DA who included the accuser‘s own words. With that in mind, you may decide that naming these men and putting their faces out there is not the correct course of action. Nor is charging them.
