@AdrienneLawler @barnsguy Adrienne this is not our app. We get this issue a lot. It doesn't help that are unwilling to even go and check. It has nothing to do with volume. Silent mode is a notifications silencer that should also silence apps, but many developers overrule silent mode. Pls follow the guide

@AdrienneLawler @barnsguy Please follow the guide provided. Go to iPad settings, choose sound, turn OFF silent mode. It's nothing to do with the side buttons or muting, it is something separate.

@AdrienneLawler @barnsguy There is nothing wrong with the app. Silent mode is the only cause of this issue. You have checked silent mode, as opposed to mute, which is completely different? Other apps will work because they don't follow the guidelines required of Silent Mode.
