Found out I have been shortlisted for a TechWomen100 award!
Proud to be alongside some incredible innovators.
There is a public vote: if I've ever delivered you some great tech - getting your TV station on air or fixing your wifi (mum) - please vote๐

The absolute magic going into Sportsday โฆ smoothly and sharing the space with both programmes.
The top team in Salford and our brilliant automation team @TvMorag@MarcusMcNulty#BehindTheScenes
Big work in Gallery E - turbocharging a new vision mixer, driven by all-new automation. That means: future proofing, smart boxes, swooshy split screens, sharper pushbacks. And screen control makes studio and newsroom branding bolder @chrisckmedia@OpsBBC@TvMorag + team
@cal_mclean@chrisckmedia Amongst other things, Core3 encompasses rationalised and responsive control concepts, user and editorial workflows and features, ability to drag-and-drop content from one RO to any other RO across the BBC and for it to 'translate' for the new site, studio, brand, genre.
Thanks always to the very clever members of the BBC Studio Automation team who make 700+ hours of BBC output work every week - @njb @MarcusMcNulty@Uncanny_Harry@minimeinir and AndyD, and to you @chrisckmedia + everyone at @OpsBBC for bringing this so smoothly across the line.
We have lift off! The BBC News channel has moved home to StE, meaning that we have more TV than ever on air on Core3 - the BBC's in-house gallery control concept. This massive achievement is a testament to the collaboration many teams. Huge thanks and kudos to everyone involved.
But the biggest thing was a total rebuild of the automation. This involved lots of clever people from our amazing Automation team led by @TvMorag
This allows us to be efficient with other outlets and share content.
Our team have also completed all the training. No mean feat. ๐
