So, here’s what happened to me recently.

I was reversing my Toyota Camry out of a Chipotle parking lot when a 2016 Ford Mustang came up behind me, braked, and made contact with the back of my Toyota Camry.

There was no visible damage to either car.

My takeaway:
When even a minor parking-lot accident happens, document everything.

Take photos and videos of both vehicles, get the police report, exchange insurance information, document witnesses, and report the incident to your insurer promptly.
