@NBN_Australia Thanks have done. Did notice my address listed as outage at 9am after esculation but from midday AEST it shows as no outage again, which is untrue. So I am concerned what NBN are doing.

@NBN_Australia why is it you haven't reported outage on your website yet I can see your techs pulling cables from the ground. No internet for 3+ hours, no warning. Now they're packing up but its still down. Will I spend the night offline?

@NBN_Australia It's now raised to network team as incident outage and I could expect antoher 24-48 hours offline. Can you expedite this incident via DM, multiple apartment units are offline confirmed by the NBN tech. Such a slow escalation process is not acceptable. My phone data is too weak.
