On behalf of the Mental Health Awareness Team, we sincerely appreciate every one of you who has been part of this journey. Thank you for your time, your presence, your contributions, and your unwavering support. We do not take any of it for granted.

As we continue to grow, we have decided to make a few important changes to ensure that every session delivers even greater value and impact.

Going forward, our Mental Health Awareness X Space will no longer be held every week. Instead, it will now hold once every month, specifically on the last Friday of each month.

This decision was made thoughtfully to allow our guest speakers and organizing team adequate time to prepare for each edition. Beyond X, our speakers are professionals with careers, businesses, and personal responsibilities. Giving them more time will ensure they come refreshed, well-prepared, and equipped to deliver richer, more insightful conversations that truly make a difference.

We are pleased to announce that our next edition will be held on:

Our mission remains the same—to create awareness, reduce stigma, encourage open conversations, and positively impact lives through mental health education.

We also want this initiative to be community-driven. If you have topic suggestions, ideas, feedback, or would like to contribute in any way, we would love to hear from you. Your voice matters, and together we can shape conversations that address the real challenges people face.

Real change happens when we work together, and we cannot achieve this mission without you.
