@channel5_tv@Channel5Sport What on earth is this? No sound, picture cut in half…then cut back to the game and missed a Miami TD while you’re too busy showing absolute nonsense in your studio!! Coverage is a joke. Give it all back to @SkySportsNFL
@robprogressive Take it you never lived through the last 5+ years prior to this government then no? Where were you, in Dubai on a million pound yacht? 🥱 so out of touch with the real world.
@DocShivSharma You lot are honestly unbearable at the moment aren’t you. Demanding ridiculous pay rises, whilst also wanting free education. Refusing to work until you get what you want. All at the expense of the tax payer and patients you are supposedly here to care for. Yep. Makes sense.
@Jenny19712201@AbbieTBee There are also a lot of other uniquely skilled people in this country not receiving anywhere near the level of pay rise you lot are. Is the answer simply to refuse to turn up to work for those too until you get what you want? What a ridiculous outlook.
@MiloKostusiak @NutritionTaylor So you’re admitting then that you are trying to hold the gov to ransom at the expense of your patients? Exactly the reason why the majority of the public despise this situation at the moment. Disgusting and selfish behaviour from those we are supposed to trust with our lives.
@MiloKostusiak @NutritionTaylor You enter into the profession very much knowing what you are entering into on day 1. It hasn’t changed overnight and the goalposts have not moved since. If you’re in it purely for money then you are in the wrong profession and I wouldn’t want you caring for me and my family
@DrDanMar@LBC@jhansonradio So we should give Dr’s a ludicrous payrise for 2 years running after already refusing a second above inflation payrise, because private limited companies nothing to do with the public sector are making a shit ton of money? Yeah that’s logical I can see where you’re coming from 👍🏼
@XelenX1@FinanceTiger@Edwina_Currie How do you work that out? Lucky to retire at all…yeah I’m sure it will be a struggle on a £70k salary with 20%+ pension contribution? Give your head a wobble will ya.
@drchriscarson What a ridiculous post.
If you don’t owe the public nothing then you best go and choose another job. It’s the sole reason you are employed.
If you feel so entitled about the NHS then go and work privately for yourself, simple.
You haven’t had a pay cut. So stop lying.
@HooverMouse@zackferguson@TheSuzieMiller Yeah I agree we are kind of sleep walking into a huge problem. But the answer isn’t a huge 20-30% salary increase or whatever it would be. A manageable steady increase over the coming years would seem more sensible, subsidising training making it more attractive and affordable?
@zackferguson@TheSuzieMiller I don’t necessarily disagree that your pay isn’t enough for the work you do, the responsibility you have, or the training you go through.
However this is a known fact when you decide that’s the profession you wanted to enter. Everybody could be demanding inflation busting rises
