An excellent summary on the Philippine situation under Duterte by Dr. Steinbock.

@IntlCrimCourt PH courts are functioning, whatever happened to complementarity principle? Or r u that desperate to have prisoners to have relevance? Or did money changed hands as alleged by the 18 whistleblowers?
@IntlCrimCourt Why did you disable comments on your FB account? Afraid to be criticized bec u know that what u r doing is wrong. When will u send warrants to real war criminals?
@IntlCrimCourt@unirmct If the ICC has any sense of fairness, then I hope the ICC judges will look into with urgency the extrajudicial rendition of Duterte which is against your own rules, international customary law & Philippine laws.
@deNNieMissie1@IntlCrimCourt Thousands? Did you even read the warrant from the ICC? They are just linking him to 19 and 24 deaths as an indirect co-conspirator? Some people just can't read.
@IntlCrimCourt The presiding lady seemed to have conveniently ignored this. The manner of Duterte's arrest is against Articles 59.2 & 59.3 of their rules. He was not taken to a competent judicial authority, warrant wasn't examined, & he was not allowed to request for interim release.
@IntlCrimCourt U only pick on countries from the Global South & of course u have 2 justify ur existence. Ur mode of working is very unjust & prone 2 abuse by those who want to persecute someone or by Western powers who want to effect a regime change & install a puppet government.
@DrAseemMalhotra Congratulations! It's very important to have trustworthy people like u on board. The changes that will happen in the US' health situation will also affect the rest of the world.
