@paysupplystaff Wish these pictures would stop being used. A class of 30-36 does not look like that..in that same room. These pics are from when just the key worker kids were in.
@BBCNews@BBCPolitics Oh Boris! What are you doing to us all!..Close schools!..you will be doing this in the next few weeks anyway. This pig head attitude will cost a lot of lives.
@NEUnion@BorisJohnson I just don’t know how he can lead schools workers into an unsafe environment! He was seriously ill with covid, he knows how bad it is. Plus!, he is practically saying that a tier 5 is coming..where schools will be closed..that will be too late for many staff, kids and families!
The Prime Minister @BorisJohnson is on the #Marr show this morning.
If you support our call for online learning to #MakeSchoolsSafe and #ProtectCommunities then please let the PM know by sharing our campaign.

Lost track of ‘can we have the next slide please’ with meaningless infographics (that they didn’t follow), from a variety of different science experts that ‘mysteriously disappeared’ on a weekly basis dependent on whether they expressed the ‘right’ opinion! #Covid#ToryLies
@NEUnion It’s the right advice. Now teachers will have decide what to do...won’t be easy.. but keep in mind if you get long covid .. you won’t be kept on sick pay indefinitely.
Today, the National Education Union has taken the difficult decision to advise its members in primary schools that it is unsafe to return to work on Monday. #MakeSchoolsSafe to #ProtectCommunities. Click here for full statement: https://t.co/Ib9AsKEAa4
If you’re a school governor or head of a school required to reopen this week I would think twice before permitting that to happen. Take legal advice. There’s a real risk you are being negligent in the face of a wholly foreseeable risk to children, and that might make you liable.
Sorry @GavinWilliamson but my child isn't going to be a northern test dummy, if tier 4 isn’t safe for your kids in London it’s not safe for mine up here. Besides I’d rather children of frontline staff be able to send their kids in with less chance of transmission.
@NEUnion It’s total nonsense if boroughs in London are closed but similar areas with the same or higher level of infections are still opening. You have really got to stand up for your members...it doesn’t get more serious.
@NEUnion@SadiqKhan@GeorgiaGould@londoncouncils@GavinWilliamson I need this union to work much harder to protect us. I think I will have to take matters into my own hands come next week. I won’t be teaching or sending my children to school. What a ridiculous situation to be in.
@NASUWT@PatrickR_NASUWT Stand up for your members please...that includes your primary members btw. DO SOMETHING! Forget the strongly worded letters, no one is listening.
