1) Host tells us "Sorry we double booked. too bad"
2) We call vrbo and are on hold for 4 hours with no result
3) Nothing happens to terrible host who cancels on guests

@Airbnb This host cancelled on party of 12 flying in from east coast within 24 hours. No help, no explanation except "Double booked, sorry". YOU SHOULD PULL THIS LISTING.
@vrbo Host cancelled on party of 12 flying from east coast, booked 10 months ago. On hold for 5 hours, no help, going around and around. NO HELP. please contact asap.

@BofA_Help No luck on the twitter help channel either. You can't expect people to wait indefinitely for answers to loan servicing questions. Not sure what is going on over there...
@BankofAmerica Please pick up the phone...wait times for Loan Service now reaching 1hr 15min -- people don't have time to waste on this. Loan origination wait time = 2 seconds. You need to have a sense of proportion on allocation of resources.
@BankofAmerica All you need to do is institute a scheduled "Call Back" service -- tons of big companies have this. It's really shameful. No one asked for my phone number, no one offered to call me back at a different time, now working on 1.5 hours. will anyone pick up?
