@TeamYouTube I have already cleared out my cache & cookies on my desktop computer. The video is proof. However, I still get the same problem with the "Channel comments & mentions" section. The mentions tab doesn't appear to show. (Sorry for the multiple posts, I had to censor my info.

@TeamYouTube I don't understand, when the update was issued all channels would allow expand eligibility to use mentions on all channels, regardless of subscribers.

I would like help managing my new YouTube channel. I have noticed several users with subscribers lower than mine who have mentioned theirs. I currently have over 500 subs but for some reason, the mentions tab on my end isn't visible and no one can mention me.

@TeamYouTube I have submitted my appeal. Unfortunately, my appeal had been rejected and was wondering if someone could actually look into my case as to why my channel got terminated. I would be happy to comply with anything you say, as well as give you any kind of evidence to prove my point.
