@eliaskneis@rafdelafuente Lastly, go easy your first time when ever introducing any new probiotics due to the herx reaction.
When the body gets a lot of probiotics (which are high in raw milk), you can have a die off effect of bad bacteria. Which can make you feel sick.
(Not medical advice DYOR).
@eliaskneis@rafdelafuente Something to note, much milk is not organic, that milk is so toxic they have to use antibiotics and pasteurization to make it consumable...
Raw milk, is typically organic, grass fed, cows can roam, get sun, etc no pesticides etc. Consumed for thousands of years.
@eliaskneis@rafdelafuente And if you try it, A2 cow milk is easier on the digestion compared to A1. Some cow dairy famers dont care and mix their cows and give you a mixed batch of milk (A1 and A2)... Some go full out to give you the best quality of milk with A2. Goat milk is also like A2.
@celestialbe1ng @adilthanos Thanks, and also thanks for sharing a lot of health info. I felt like, I was alone (carbs and sugars are good) but then there was whole keto, carnivore thing. Ya have opened my eyes to some things you learned from Peat, and connected me indirectly to like minded individuals. ๐
@celestialbe1ng @adilthanos Honestly, never met a girl so knowledgeable like that and beautiful. I will say this, having been in situation in my life, had a girl approach me like you, I would have felt it was a God sent.
My advice, approach him if you can, connect, offer him what you know and contact info
@daylightco @Lee_KY2023 Wow... an eink device with graphene OS... that would be the first eink device I ever heard of that is secure!๐คฏ all others are not! I mean I know I said wanted color, and would get me to click buy so fast, but graphene os at 60fps is huge!! Add color and its a dream device!! ๐ง
@daylightco 60FPS would be a huge feat, especially if you have a warm backlight rather than just a blue lit backlight. Also, if it was in color at 60FPS, then "shut up and take my money!" ๐คฃ
@BasedBase2 From what I know, is that fat is slow burning and keeps you satiated longer. Which I think when its paired with carbs it keeps blood glucose levels stable longer and keeps your sleep uninterrupted. Also protein in excess can cause cortisol to spike at night.
