local hobbyshops always mark up like crazy, sometimes double or triple the regular price

@kino_suruga @adelaidee0079 that is an insane amount to pay for an AC kit
either it was something like White Glint with the VOB or just some kit that hadn't been reprinted in a long time
but yeah, Kotobukiya kits are a lot more fragile because of the parts separation.
recommend using plastic cement.

@kino_suruga @adelaidee0079 Kotobukiya kits have way hiqher surface detail and parts separation compared to bandai
Bandai kits aren't nearly as detailed, but that's also what makes Koto kits harder to build
and most AC kits are roughly the same price as an MG, with only larger ones being more expensive.
