I had the honor of giving a tour to my grandmother-in-law, Barbara Richardson, of @west_elem. She attended when it was first built in 1953 (N Franklin Twp School) and was amazed by the beautiful changes! Memories flowed when she saw her old principal’s name on the plaque.
