@Chels1an That game was always gonna fit turkey better stylistically because they are a good transition team. Our yellow card holders are the ones who break up transitions. Losing that ruins confidence, Now we know for sure who can’t be to the level, w no risk to the 1st team confidence
I know this is uncharted territory for some of you, but give me a Thursday night with our “B” team in a World Cup over 90% of the sporting calendar.
I’ll take this problem over “must-win against Trinidad” every single time.
“Are you staying up for the USA tomorrow? I know the game is on late.”
I get to watch a stress free game in the World Cup. Our star players get to aura farm from the bench. I used to pray for times like this. I’m not wasting this opportunity.
@UtdSMNT Soccer is currently the biggest sport in the world. And will be for a few months. September comes around and it’ll drop. We have to make sure it stays top 3
@zayschels Declan, Guehi and Konsa are all too passive. Colwills line breaking would open Jude. Palmer would be better than madueke at breaking low blocks…my only question is how did tuchel not think abt the low blocks of panama and Ghana??
Something I’ve always noticed abt Madueke, is 80% of the time if he’s leading the attack, you’re not going to win the game. Obv there’s games this doesn’t apply (Wolves hattrick, last game)
