I will have a press conference today at 1:30pm with the latest update on Hurricane #Beryl from our state emergency operations center. Right now is the calm before the storm. Beryl can still move eastward and will strengthen before landfall tomorrow morning between Corpus Christi and Houston. Anyone planning to move away from the coast needs to move today. Residents staying in place should take precautions today for wind, heavy rain, potential flooding, storm surge on the coast, and possible tornados. Listen to your local officials for instructions in your area. For more information go to: https://t.co/YlbT0MT80C
