@JustinBGalloway The bar at that Austin Spaghetti Warehouse always had a bottle of Galliano sitting there, so once for dinner I decided to order a Harvey Wallbanger. I had to recite the cocktail recipe to the waiter so they could make it.

@mavsmarie Easy! Go to the @CentralMarket there in Plano off Coit. They have breakfast tacos every morning and they're really good. Don't forget the salsa.

Onion Marmalade recipe:
I poached this delicious onion jam recipe from Grady Spears’ Cowboy Cocktails book. It’s a combination of sweet and tangy. You will need a good-size pot for this, and I’d wager that most of you can do just fine making half the recipe. We made onion marmalade for our Blue Cheese Burgers recipe. It also works great on other burger recipes, as well as on chicken.
