All 9 justices were Republicans. All 9 were elected.

1 in 4 TX women of child bearing age (25.6%) are uninsured. Ranking? 51st, ladies & gents. So clearly, women & children in TX have no value.

Only one state has a longer one & that’s Alabama. But why bother, Texans seem to have no problem with lack of character or ethics …as long as there is no “law” against it

The current charges were when he was AG & as far as I can tell from what you posted it says nothing regarding reelection & incumbency

The shear time, energy, and money needed to defend themselves would be prohibitive. I don’t blame them.
