Whoever decided to go with the piggyback approach with Miller and Castillo fit the @Mariners should be fired. Assuming it was Wilson, but perhaps it was the front office. Either way, it’s a terrible call. Miller hooked from a 71-pitch gem because they needed to get Castillo in.
