I was tempted by this pin set the moment it was announced but we’ve been burnt so many times by these anniversary sets that get outdated a year later. (I’m looking at you, Sentai Mask Collection.) But with the news of Sentai going on hiatus for a bit I had to pick one of these up.

I’ve been pretty quiet on my feelings regarding the Sentai news lately but I’m honestly okay with it going on a break for the time being. These latest seasons haven’t been my favorite, with Don Brothers being the exception. I’m okay with Toei stepping back and finding their footing with Sentai again later down the line. I’m sure we’ll still get some solid Sentai content and hopefully they keep the Memorial toys coming in the years to come. Plus we’ve still got plenty of older seasons to watch.

I hope Project RED and Gavan Infinity are awesome. We will certainly be rooting for them. Onward and upward!
