@obj_criteria@Yippiekiyay6 There’s more than one type of firearms training instructors btw some that are primarily to teach you the basics and fundamentals and others that teach you how to get better at shooting. This isn’t the case of the later
@obj_criteria@Yippiekiyay6 You’re on a topic that’s not at hand. But if you really wanna talk about being a skilled shooter it come down to training and how much of an effort you put into your training. plenty of civilians that are excellent shots that don’t have military or law enforcement training
@obj_criteria@Yippiekiyay6 No one is talking about if they’re good shooters or not but yes they’re some shit shot but there’s also so great ones it’s individual experiences
@I21Charlie@Yippiekiyay6 Well my point wasn’t about if they’re good shooters or not we didn’t get that far in the video but it’s to say that sometimes this method works sometimes it doesn’t I don’t yell or belittle when I teach either
@NuanceNews@Yippiekiyay6 I’m not saying the yelling is necessary I’m not saying that all and she dropped the mag due to her own incompetence. We can go back and forth all day long but in the end it just boils down to how each individual learns and how the handle pressure
@NuanceNews@Yippiekiyay6 you have every right to your opinion and sure there’s a possibility that she did go somewhere else but that doesn’t change my point which is the end result is safety, instilling the fundamental of firearms til it’s engraved in your brain because everyone wants to go home after
@userNofx@Yippiekiyay6 First who cares that they’re women they’re gender has nothing to do with safety second they may not be in military training but they are in training with something that can end a life so it’s just that serious.
@UglyHopkins@onceuponatyme07@Yippiekiyay6 Doubt he’s gonna cause that just from being loud and getting on their case…. Especially at a re qualification which means you already passed and know the importance of gun safety (ie keep your finger off the trigger til ready to fire)
@cuqinV@Yippiekiyay6 Which is my whole point take the military part out if you must but the message is still the same they will remember when and if the time comes that’s the biggest point
@cuqinV@Yippiekiyay6 If you listen to the video she is doing this as a re qualification which means she’s been there before and passed the course at least once already she already know how the instructor operates regardless of it being military or not it is for their on safety and those around them
@NuanceNews@Yippiekiyay6 We weren’t soldier at first either but guess what it gets you home safely and if he’s the worse then why do people come back to re-qualify which means they’ve been there before got trained and came back again
