"The unrealized tax is only for ultra wealthy, no big deal."
Let's play this out.
25% unrealized gains on people worth 100MM.
Bill Gates is worth 132 Billion.
Assume his unrealized tax due is about 30 billion.
He would need to sell 40 Billion in Microsoft shares, pay tax on that, just to pay the unrealized tax.
That would probably tank MSFT 10%.
7 million people own Microsoft stock.
Now repeat with META, GOOG, NVDA, AAPL, TSLA etc..
If you come to NY I will give you a $3 billion discount on your taxes.
That sounds great, but I'll have to decline.
No problem. I have $3 billion extra dollars now!
It’s adorable that the math-challenged socialists don’t realize that the $3B was a discount on $25B in projected tax revenue from Amazon.
You just flushed all $22B of “Amazon money” down the toilet, sir. 😂 https://t.co/0BkonWdCRL
Many if not most people believe A Big Refund = Lower Taxes and A Smaller Refund = Higher Taxes, period. They don’t comprehend how taxes work at all. This is terrifying...and explains about 50% of modern politics. JG https://t.co/q7Kq8Hc1LQ
Yesterday, we witnessed a raucous celebration in the chamber of the New York State Senate over the passage of a barbaric and expansive new abortion bill. Here's what we can learn from that: https://t.co/eucBmPZjRH
Science? They have a 90% chance of survival at 26 weeks? Why not deliver them and adopt them out to someone who will love then instead of poisoning and then dismembering them?
This is the sound from the NY Senate chamber after the 38-24 vote to:
- Add abortion to the NY Constitution
- Allow non-physicians to commit abortions
- Allow abortion through third trimester
- Repeal protections for surviving babies
Pure evil.
If your church does nothing more than give you tools to live a better life...
I’d recommend attending a Tony Robbins event instead and then find a church that teaches you how to enter and develop a deep relationship with Jesus.
