I have honestly failed most OAs which means I never even got a chance to interview in some of my dream companies.
And then there are people who have cleared 100% of them.. idk how they do it but I wish I knew😭.
At this point, companies should move on to something else cuz OA is no longer fair and it's not gonna be the best tool to shortlist people. I can see that they are missing out on so many capable candidates.
