They decided to combine CRM’s to save money and forgot to push reviews to the profile.

As you’d expect, rankings tanked. Recency of reviews > quantity of reviews.

When responding to reviews, try and use the keywords you’re company would benefit from raking better for.

Ex: Roofing Company in Orlando should try and find ways to include the terms “Roofers in Orlando” as much as they can.
