Now, I’m wrapping up my Lyme disease treatment, I walk around 6 miles a day, my clothes fit again, I’m in a healthy loving relationship and my heart is soft again.

Thankful for healing, joy and painful seasons.

Exactly one year ago, I was in the hospital with kidneys on the verge of failure because of a severe infection, and Lyme disease that was trying to kill me.

My heart was becoming hard toward the Lord. I had to change my question from “why God?!” to, “God, what are you trying to teach me in this season that I couldn’t learn in another?”
