@merlyn_revelia Hi Merlyn! Thanks for reaching out. If you are on Mobile, you can bold the text by opening the Rich Text toolbar at the top right of the Compose screen (the arrow) and selecting "B". If on Desktop, you can highlight the text and press Ctrl/cmd-B. Hope that helps!
