does anyone with the 670G notice that their blood sugar levels are better & lower when not on auto mode? when i’m on auto mode i sit in the 160-180 range all day & fasting. but when it’s off, i range from 80-120 & i do the same thing every day so i’m not changing anything 🤷🏼♀️
@wallflower_mads Of course! It’s kind of hard the first time if you do it yourself but I started out putting it on my non dominant arm and it’s my favorite place for sensors now!
I was sitting in class and my pump beeped at me and the kid next to me said “woah, are you a doctor?” So then I realized that he thought it was a pager.. Buddy, if I was a doctor I don’t think I would be sitting in community college right now
@Ayyy_itsme I use the contour next, but I’m pretty close with my doctor and she gave me some from her office until I can get some more but I appreciate you so much for that!! 💖
I just called my mom crying because I can’t afford my test strips so I have to ration my few remaining strips until I get paid again.. we seriously need a cure or cheaper supplies for this disease we didn’t even cause
a guy in one of my college classes was going off about how expensive insulin is and how diabetes needs a cure but he isn’t diabetic, do I try and marry this man?
Those who have pumps: what do you do with yours at night? I used to clip mine to my shorts but I lost my clip a while ago and have yet to find it. So I put it in my shorts pocket but it falls out and I’ve had a few rip out because I get tangled in it all night. Any ideas help!
Sometimes on nights like tonight when I’m low before bed, I sit and think about how crazy it is that the box of fruit snacks on my night stand have saved my life so many times
Medtronic’s 670 g and sensor has changed my life completely and helped me control my diabetes in such an efficient way. I’m so thankful for technology that allows me to get back on track with my health! 💙 @MDT_Diabetes
