My dad's been walking everyday & has been trying to get his mile under 15 minutes. The last time this man ran was in bootcamp in 1985. So he decided to jog a few blocks & finally beat his time..

My dad felt something hard on his side near his liver. Started to feel around and found the same lump on the otherside of his body..

Turns out he can now feel his ribs 😂 I'm so proud of him for losing weight but also cannot stop laughing at him 'discovering' his ribs
