I tried to pick my current top 5 for each of the 'top tiers' that make the top 25. Criteria = .All alive .Not counting retired characters .Rows in order .Taking in to account recent & anticipated portrayals

@SupernovaKen1 You're slightly mistaken, Ken, bro. Vegapunk still retains all of the personality traits that make up his 6 clones. He did not literally remove them from himself. He more so copied them. The truth is most likely that Vegapunk's theory is only slightly wrong
