@British_Airways Thanks Ben. I saw this already and assumed it would automatically be included in our allowance but your staff member at the desk said I had to add it on in future or I will get charged. Is that correct?

@British_Airways Hi. On your website it says infants under 2 have an extra 2 items of checked baggage. In our outbound flight a member of your staff tried to charge us saying we hadnt added these items to our ticket. Pls advise so we dont have the same issue on our return flight.
